We are building artisans form to modern form and creating shoping for artisans.

Chief Operating Officer Co Founder
We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Handscart. The CEO will be responsible for driving the companys overall strategic direction growth and operational excellence. This individual will lead a diverse team collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure Handscart continues to innovate and thrive in the rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape.

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee all aspects of daytoday operations including supply chain management logistics manufacturing and customer service.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute longterm business strategies ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to streamline processes enhance productivity and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies suppliers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all operational functions.
- Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to the operations team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role with at least 2 years of experience in operations management.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic plans driving organizational change and delivering measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to leverage data to inform decisionmaking and drive operational improvements.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in the ecommerce industry or a fastpaced startup environment is highly desirable.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
