Comploris mission is to make the next generation futureproof. We are teaching kids 21st century skills like coding critical thinking collaboration and technology literacy (to name a few) with our hybrid learning platform.
We are dedicated to develop an adaptive and gamified web based learning platform that features online live group classes for children aged 716.
With our Seed funding of 3.5 million (by leading European VCs Speedinvest Educapital and Sparkmind) we are building a kickass team to further develop our product and reach more learners.

Your mission at Complori
In a nutshell: You are a trusted partner to the CEO & Founder with the sole objective of improving their operating leverage. Complori is a fastgrowing late seed stage company and your daytoday will heavily evolve with the growth of the company. Your responsibilities will be dynamically defined by the priorities of the company and the CEO at any point in time.
Your key areas of focus for the time being will be:
- Fundraising: Preparing pitch decks financial models and key board meeting documents and board meeting as well as coordinating with current and prospective investors
- Company alignment: Coordinating and driving the OKR / planning process across the leadership team and wider company
- Special projects: Spearheading high priority crossfunctional initiatives that would otherwise have no natural owner
- HR Operations & Culture: Ensuring all People aspects are taken care of from recruitment of key team members to onboarding and building culture
- Business Operations: Owning business operations processes like payroll bookkeeping reporting (in collaboration with external accountants)
We are a perfect fit if...
- You have 4 years of experience in highperformance environments e. g. consulting investment banking VCs or VC backed startups
- You have experience as Founders Associate Chief of Staff or similar positions
- You are extremely well organized (borderline perfectionist) accurate and reliable
- You are very analytical
- You are a great storyteller and communicator and can do so via different mediums (conversations slide decks emails etc.)
- You have high emotional intelligence
- You enjoy working in fast changing environments and able to move quickly with uncertain information
- You are not afraid of hard and uncomfortable conversations and decisions
- You are willing to hustle and act like an owner
