Alongside Geoffrey our HR manager Marta our office manager Mlissa our People Ops and Hari our Talent Acquisition Manager youll delve into supporting 160 colleagues on a daily basis and contribute to the companys growth!

What will I be doing

Structuring:

  • Understanding current standards and best practices (ISO 26000 Numeum etc.)
  • Conducting sectoral benchmarkingMonitoring RSErelated news and participating in relevant conferences
  • Producing an assessment of the current policy progress (best practices procurement mobility carbon emissions scope 1 2 3 diversity and inclusion etc.)
  • Participating in Ecovadis Great Place to Work and Happy at Work certification processes

Communication and involvement:

  • Assisting in the implementation of internal RSE training tools
  • Supporting the RSE strategy by implementing concrete actions to facilitate employee engagement
  • Creating an internal RSE charter

Management:

  • Developing a roadmap to promote ecoresponsible practices across three main areas (governance social environmental)
  • Defining means indicators (certification policy and references) action indicators (systems and equipment) and outcome indicators (products CO2 reduction)
  • Establishing and coleading the internal RSE committee

What do I need from you

  • Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Human Resources/ business school / engineering school / university with a specialization in sustainable development
  • Appetite for the Tech/SoftwareSaaS domains
  • Strong knowledge in environmental issues and CSR challenges
  • Recognized for your communication and rallying skills you have a projectoriented profile and can bring forward innovative ideas
  • Organized committed dynamic and capable of working independently
