Mandatory Skills: Google Dialog Flow CX
Job Description:
Min 5 Yrs exp in Chatbot Development
Core experience in Google Dialog Flow development in CX.
Exp on GDF integration with Google CCAI Platform agent schedule queues configuration and GDF with Backend application integration
Contact center IVR development and exp will be an added advantage
Min exp Needed: 710 years
Top 3 responsibilities:
Core exp in Google Dialog Flow Development in CX
Exp on GDF
Integration with Google CCAI Platform agent
Contact Center IVR Development exp is added advantage
Interview process: Video Call
Additional if have:
Exp in Java
