Role and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and complete information about products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Escalating issues to higher authorities when necessary
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Chat Process Executive candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or equivalent role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer chats simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
