- Assisting Channels Manager with regards to the Retail distribution in terms of branches opening, closure, relocation as well as ATM expansion.
- Reporting the performance of delivery channels (networks and e-channels) to Channels Manager in the country.
- Coordination with Global Channels and other departments to ensure optimal usage and availability of the bank’s channels.
- Ensuring suitable environment (functional, physical) in branches according to Global Standards.
- Supporting the execution of channels migration strategy.
- Supervise the implementation of channels business plan in line with Retail strategy and budget.
