Cashier

Job Description

• Accurately and efficiently operate cash registers
• Ensure that there is sufficient Cash in the cash drawer
• Maintain correct cash balances at cash registers
• Process payments made with cash, credit cards, and debit cards Validate checks
• Provide change if necessary when checks are cashed
• Process returns and exchanges
• Be aware of all promotions and advertisements that affect product prices
• Maintain a clean checkout area
• Communicate company policies and procedures to customers
• Answer customer questions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Obour resident.
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like the cash register
• Good math skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
