- Collaborate with the institutions and facilities across the health system to tailor training programs and create a competency-based curriculum for integration into existing structures with a focus on the current needs for RMNCH-related clinical skills
- Organize and oversee the implementation of the projects annual training/capacity building plan in line with the priorities identified by the project work plans and the MOH programs.
- Design and develop pilot training modules to support and respond to health care worker needs regarding themes like monitoring and evaluation, project management as well as project specific topics like quality assurance.
- Initiate, lead and follow relevant partnerships in order to support and pursue sustainable training of healthcare workers and providers
