- Lead the project team in the design, development, implementation of the capacity building strategy, tools and approaches
- Manage and coordinate interventions that aim at improving RMNCH QI performance management and systems strengthening at the health directorate and central levels and RMNCH QI knowledge and skills at the health facility level;
- Provide support to various components with developing capacity development plans;
- Identify innovative approaches including distance learning to develop human resources at national, provincial and local levels;
- Identify mentoring and monitoring approaches to assess the effectiveness of various capacity development interventions; and
- Develop and manage the project s training plan and provide the overall coordination of Project s training activities and related technical assistance, in close collaboration with other team members, MoH, and other counterparts.
