Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with translation companies and freelancers to ensure the timely completion of multilingual projects seamlessly integrating them into the system.
  Prioritize new campaign setups delivering final creative to clients within 4872 hours for swift and efficient campaign launches. Iterate on copy until final approval is obtained.
  
  Set up both online and offline campaigns within the system with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  
  Maintain professional and timely client communication throughout the campaign promptly addressing queries.
  
  Monitor the progress of campaigns from launch to completion collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaign deadlines pacing lead delivery and strategy goals are met.
  
  Undertake additional tasks as required by the evolving needs of the business.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the B2B marketing industry within the USA is preferred though not essential.
  Essential experience with HTML code.
  
  A perfectionist approach keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
  
  A selfstarter with the ability to quickly learn develop commercial understanding and work independently.
  
  Comfortable working both independently and with international teams in the UK and USA.
  
  Confidence and willingness to build strong internal and external relationships with clients partners and colleagues.
  
  PCliterate with quick proficiency in software packages.
  
  Additional language skills would be advantageous though not essential.
