Job Description:We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Director with a minimum of eight years of experience to lead our creative team and inspire excellence in all aspects of our creative output. As the Senior Creative Director you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and strategy for our brand leading the development of innovative and engaging campaigns and ensuring the highest level of creative quality and consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the creative vision and strategy for our brand ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
  2. Oversee the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns including branding advertising digital marketing social media video and experiential activations.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals including designers copywriters and multimedia specialists inspiring creativity collaboration and excellence.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including marketing product and executive teams to understand business goals and objectives and develop creative solutions that drive results.
  5. Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate ideas concepts and strategies for new campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Ensure the highest level of creative quality and consistency across all marketing materials campaigns and brand assets.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in design advertising and marketing and recommend innovative approaches to creative execution.
  8. Manage relationships with external agencies vendors and partners to support creative projects and campaigns as needed.
  9. Establish and maintain creative processes workflows and standards to streamline project delivery and ensure efficient collaboration and communication.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance on creative direction feedback and critiques to ensure that all creative work meets or exceeds brand standards and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Design Advertising Fine Arts or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of eight years of experience in a creative role with a proven track record of success in leadership positions.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various channels and mediums demonstrating exceptional design conceptualization and execution skills.
  4. Experience leading and managing a creative team including designers copywriters and multimedia specialists with a focus on inspiring creativity collaboration and excellence.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  6. Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.
  7. Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles typography and visual aesthetics.
  8. Experience working in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Passion for creativity innovation and continuous learning with a desire to push boundaries and set new standards in creative excellence.
