Senior UXUI Designer

Position Summary:The Senior UX/UI Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms. As a seasoned design professional you will lead a team of designers collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders and champion best practices in usercentered design. You will be responsible for driving the design vision strategy and execution ensuring that our products are intuitive engaging and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution including user research ideation wireframing prototyping and visual design.
• Define and maintain design systems guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Mentor and coach junior designers providing guidance feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in UX/UI design and advocate for their integration into our design processes.
• Present design concepts strategies and solutions to internal teams and external clients effectively communicating design rationale and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
• Deep understanding of usercentered design principles methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and navigate complex project requirements.
• Passion for design innovation and continuous learning.
