Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in 6th of October, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support inquiries, and utilizing computer software to navigate customer accounts and input data.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Skills
- Customer Support and Computer Literacy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
- Prior experience in call center or customer service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
