Position: ERP Technical Consultant (Fresh Graduate Welcomed)

Salary: MYR3000 MYR4500

Working hours 9am to 6pm

Job title: Technical Consultant

Overview:

Designing configuring and implementing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

Work with clients/crossfunctional teams to understand their business processes analyze requirements develop efficient and scalable code and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle.

Require a strong foundation in programming problemsolving skills and the ability to customize and integrate the platform to align with client business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement analysis:

a. Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

b. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for customization and configuration.

2. Implementation:

a. Develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to extend system functionality.

b. Customize forms records and fields to align with business processes.

3. Integration:

a. Integrate system with thirdparty applications and systems.

b. Develop and implement data migration strategies.

4. Training and Support:

a. Provide training to endusers on system functionality and best practices.

b. Offer ongoing support to clients addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

5. Quality Assurance:

a. Conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability. b. Perform system audits and recommend improvements to optimize performance.

6. Documentation: a. Create comprehensive documentation of configurations customizations and integrations. b. Maintain uptodate documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or related field. Proven experience as a software developer or similar role.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. JavaScript Html CSS)

Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools

Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

NetSuite certification is a plus.
