Business Training Consultant

•Reviewing and aligning the existing Business Idea and Business capacity Assessment Tool , Business Plan Tool and Business Follow up Tool with the business plan and business skill training package
•Developing a pocket kit for technical support during start-up. The pocket kit can take the form of troubleshooting guideline of common problems to be identified and proposed standard solutions for businesses during start-up process
•Developing at least three business models commonly selected by project beneficiaries. These models should reflect good understanding of local pricing, local market information and risk assessments for common business ideas identified from target group. The models should be fully utilized in business plan and business skill training and coaching as training and coaching materials. Ideally the models should be presented in the form of factsheets with good visual illustration
•Conducting training-of-trainer for project team to deliver business plan and business skill training package, either through a structured two-days training course or a set of up to three home visits per business case
•Conducting field coaching with at least one group training and one business case (home visits) and ending with debriefing session with project team to revise project tools and training package
•Updating referral booklet with stakeholders that are involved in the skill and entrepreneur development sectors in Jordan and potential for HI to establish partnerships
