5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst

Proven experience working with the Archer platform in GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) context.

Understanding of Archer modules relevant to the specific role (e.g. risk management access control incident management)

Demonstrated success in eliciting documenting and analyzing complex business requirements

Indepth understanding of systems development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall)

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills identify root cause of problems develop solutions address defects and enhance new features

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective collaboration skills to work with development teams

In addition working from Toronto downtown office minimal 2 days a week is required
