• Proficiency in using MS Office Excel is required. Familiarity with MS Access is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in documenting processes, requirements, and changes in a clear and organized manner.
• Basic familiarity in using automation tools such as Power Automate is preferred but not required.

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering or any related field
