Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our academic team as a Business Management & Economics Instructor to teach Years 11 and 12. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business principles economics and management theories along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The role involves delivering engaging lessons leading interactive discussions and facilitating practical exercises to enhance students comprehension and application of key concepts.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver highquality lessons in Business Management and Economics.
2. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation critical thinking and problemsolving skills development.
3. Incorporate realworld examples case studies and current research findings into teaching materials to enhance relevance and practical application.
4. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their progress and personal growth.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to review and refine curriculum content instructional methods and assessment strategies.
6. Stay abreast of advancements in the fields of business economics and education through continuous professional development activities.
7. Participate in departmental meetings to contribute to the overall goals of the school.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelors degree or higher in Business Economics or a related field.
2. Prior teaching experience (6 Years) preferably in Business Management and Economics.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
4. Proficiency in instructional technologies and educational software tools for delivering online and hybrid courses (if applicable).
5. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that values diversity equity and inclusion.
6. Organizational skills and attention to detail for effective course planning student assessment and recordkeeping.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues administrators and other stakeholders to achieve departmental and institutional goals.
8. Knowledge and experience with student management information systems (iSAMS SIMS etc.). Level 1 Google Educator (Desirable)
