Business Intelligence Team Leader

Lead and Manage Business Intelligence developers and manage resources efficiently to achieve department s goals along with maintaining high team spirit and motivation.
Work closely with Business owners to identify information needs and develop the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy with accordance with the functions managers within the department.
Lead the process of Fulfilling reporting requirements including requirements gathering, reports and dashboards development and automating periodic reports and dashboards.
Prepare detailed business analyses plans that guide different strategies and decisions; outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for complex business problems.
Monitor and manage the delivery of daily, monthly and yearly reports and dashboards on enterprise level and highlight Zain position, potential opportunities and threats
