Here at Gcore, our mission is to make the Internet faster, more reliable, and more secure. We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer, to join our dynamic team of over 500+ professionals spanning 30+ locations worldwide!
The role is available remotely or in the office (depending on location) in the following countries: Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, Armenia, Romania, Portugal, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.
What you will do:
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you’ll join a team you can always rely on for feedback and continuous professional growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision making, efficiency, and performance
- Assist with technology improvement activities to ensure continuous enhancements of the core platform
- Support ad-hoc data requests from internal clients for business continuity and ad-hoc analytics
- Provide maintenance support to existing Data Warehouse applications and reports

We expect you to have:
- T-SQL experience in writing/maintaining stored procedures and complex queries
- Understanding how Database Engine works, what is an index, statistics, execution plan, isolation level, etc
- Experience with SSIS
- Experience with developing data marts/data warehouses

Will be a plus
- Experience with developing SSRS reports
- Experience in visual data
- GIT
- C#
- Experience in developing or supporting OLAP cubes tabular or multidimensional (SSAS)
- Experience with developing BI dashboards. Understanding DAX
- Understanding of data warehouses architecture: Data Vault, Kimball, Inmon, etc
- English - upper-intermediate
