Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and market reach.
  • Lead negotiations and contract development for partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Create persuasive business cases to pitch partnership opportunities to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
  • Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track partnership performance and ROI.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to support partnership implementation and revenue generation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement in partnership activities.
  • Continuously evaluate market needs and trends to adapt partnership strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns to support partnership initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development and partnership activities to senior management.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products services and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and business KPIs.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Experience in strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
