Sightfull, a rapidly growing Revenue Analytics startup, Is looking for a Business Development Representative. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup reporting to the VP of Sales.

We're seeking a sharp, fast learner with excellent communication skills, that will help expand our customer base.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with strategic prospects, promoting Sightfull's solutions, to generate, motivated, quality leads for the Account Executives. As a key member of the sales team, you will have in-depth knowledge of the company s solutions, market space, and a keen interest in the Revenue Operations domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with state-of-the-art sales automation tools to identify and interact with key prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build long-term relationships with new accounts.
  • Perform market research to identify, target, and develop prospective accounts and then craft and deploy personalized email campaigns.
  • Develop new outbound prospecting strategies, and optimize existing ones.
  • Conduct high-level consultative conversations with mid to C-Level prospects.
  • Prioritize and organize your pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis.
  • Schedule product demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to qualify customers.
  • Use the CRM and other software to track progress with new prospects.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years experience in SaaS/B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Strong prospecting skills.
  • You love talking to new people and are a confident communicator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Personal interest in how executives operate SaaS businesses.
  • Thrives in a startup environment; self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.
  • You are a problem solver; you like to use your knowledge to help people overcome challenges.
  • BI Domain expertise (Looker, SiSense, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Anaplan) - a strong advantage.
