- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Ensure reaching all companies assigned by phone presenting the company's recruitment solutions, identifying leads, and assigning them to the relationship managers
- Review the CRM database periodically and identify potential companies to create a daily calling list for the sales team
- Responsible for promoting the company and its value proposition for HR professionals
- Conduct online research to update CRM database info - companies' contact details, edit inaccurate data and delete duplicates
