Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical logistics, distribution, and services group. To grow the companies' business in Slovakia on a mid- and long-term basis the group is searching for an experienced and self-driven personality.

Tasks

Explore and develop existing respectively new B2B contacts in Slovakia with focus on the Western Slovakia/Bratislava region to establish customer relationships and build a sales funnel to grow sales on a mid- and long-term basis (including potential cross sales activities with other group business divisions at a later stage) understand the high quality, low volume, long-term focused, entrepreneurial sales approach.

  • Build understanding of the company s capabilities and service/product offerings
  • Market analysis and plan to identify customers and prospects to contact manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all relevant markets
  • Build and explore in-depth understanding of the customer's businesses, industries, strategic directions & competitors
  • Establish new sales and expand the B2B network to relevant potential customers
  • Deal with all aspects of specific marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and seminars
  • Develop strategic, value-added partnerships with customers by working with the key decision makers & influencers to position long-term strategic issues and solutions
  • Drive profitable growth and maximum revenue potential from the territory
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize all potential opportunities related to the accounts
  • Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve customer service quality through active (rather predictive than reactive) customer monitoring, customer satisfaction, and potential issue resolution
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager and the Country Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master s degree in supply chain/transport management, the medical/pharmaceutical, or a relevant commercial area
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience with a proven track record in (premium) logistics, freight, transport or another relevant commercial area
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical/life science industry would be beneficial
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, resilient, premium and long-term focused network building sales personality with closing skills
  • Reliable, independent, and intrinsically motivated, professional, serious, expressing highest credibility and trustworthiness, team-oriented
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% in Slovakia
  • Native in Slovak and business fluent in English
  • Good MS Office user skills
  • Valid driver s license
