Job Overview

We are looking for a strategically efficient and doting Business Development Manager. Your role is to ensure that profitability ratio increases by implementing new strategies for business and modifying the existing ones according to the circumstances. You are expected to develop good relations with our partners and customers. You should be well aware of the new marketing methods and trends and provide best solutions for the growth of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Determine potential business growth opportunities.
  • Develop good relationship with the customers and partners.
  • Implement new business development strategies to maximise profit and sales.
  • Determine new investment opportunities through market research and trends.
  • Provide customer satisfaction through negotiation.
  • Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
  • Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
  • Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Train and mentor the staff whenever required.
  • Discuss the new strategies and policies with other concerned departments.
  • Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
  • 5 years experience of working as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Good Project Management and Organisational Skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM softwares like Zoho Base CRM etc.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills adaptable to changes takes initiative and have creative selling approaches
  • Should possess strong analytical presentation networking relationship building skills Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales.
