Requirements

Skills Needed:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Independent decisionmaking ability
  
• Leadership and management skills
  
• Technical sales experience
  
• Understanding of financial metrics
  
• Fluency in English additional languages a plus
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Master s degree in Business Marketing or Technical field
  
• 5 years of technical sales experience
  
• Expertise in value selling process with good understanding of B2B selling process
  
• Ability to travel 5060% of the time
  
• Fluent in English language with other additional European languages a plus
  
• Strong computer literacy
  
• Ability to acquire knowledge of adhesives performance and applications of product range within 6 month period
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial multinationals
  
• Fluency in English and Swahili French a plus
  
• Willingness to work in different countries
