Job Description

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer
    satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople
  • Basically you will be maintaining existing accounts selling existing accounts and closing new leads
  • We need experience in exhibition stand sales.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years postNYSC experience in Business Development

  • Previous experience working in the Digital / Format Printing/ Exhibition and Branding Space is desired otherwise the candidate should have a strong background in Business Development and be able to confidently sell company products/services and communicate value to prospective clients

  • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and must have strong presentation and persuasion skills

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc/BA in business administration sales or relevant field

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager sales manager or a relevant role

  • Ability to close sales and be able to hit the ground running

  • Proven track record of closing sales and high networth deals

  • Experience in customer support is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Proficiency in English

  • Market knowledge

  • Communication and negotiation skills
