Our client is a leading Real Estate company in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify emerging market trends competitor activities and potential business opportunities. Analyze data to assess market demand and identify target demographics.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets or service areas.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects through networking referrals and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and prospects. Understand their needs preferences and challenges to tailor solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling proposals presentations and pitches to showcase company capabilities and value proposition. Present proposals to clients investors and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms pricing and contractual agreements with clients and partners. Ensure agreements are aligned with company objectives and mitigate risks.
  • Forecast sales targets and track progress towards achieving business development goals. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and trends.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build relationships stay informed about market developments and promote company visibility.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
