Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take a proactive approach in reaching out to potential sellers/customers and encouraging their participation with Our Client
  • Conduct educational sessions for sellers about the features and benefits of Our Clients platform through various channels such as meetings seminars and webinars
  • Collaborate with internal teams at Our Client to plan and execute programs events and product demonstrations aimed at attracting sellers and meeting their business requirements
  • Achieve revenue targets for advertising products
  • Cultivate trustbased relationships with a portfolio of major clients addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter and handling complaints to maintain their confidence
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal departments ensuring effective communication and maintaining an updated customer database
  • Work closely with seller services to coordinate sales and training events and accurately document customer contact information

Essential Skills:

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems or a related field
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year of experience in software solutions including but not limited to procurement solutions ERP CRM DMS and B2B ecommerce platforms
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Our Clients products/services and familiarity with the market and competitors
  • Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Display strategic thinking abilities
  • Capable of building and maintaining trust with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to identify and analyze customer requirements with prior experience in customer requirement analysis being advantageous
