Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization through identifying new business opportunities and building key customer relationships. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen and the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop customized sales strategies to meet business goals and objectives
  • Generate new lead opportunities through various channels
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to laws and guidelines
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and business opportunities
  • Conduct presentations to showcase the organizations products and services
  • Manage and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions
  • Travel to meet clients and attend relevant events as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Understanding of marketing and promotional techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and targetdriven mindset
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
