Job Description

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with new leads
• Following up with existing clients to maintain and develop business opportunities.
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Developing proposals for clients
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Overseeing the development of marketing tools
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback
• Conducting market analysis
• Forecasting market change
• Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Job Requirements

• Proven workingexperience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiationskills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales,or relevant field
