Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis within Romanias energy sector to identify emerging trends opportunities and potential challenges in the green transition.
  
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business development plans tailored to capitalize on the evolving landscape of renewable energy solutions and sustainable practices in Romania.
  
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including energy companies governmental bodies and industry influencers to drive collaboration and facilitate business growth.
  
• Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies designed to achieve revenue targets emphasizing the adoption of energyefficient technologies and environmentally friendly solutions.
  
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms while upholding the companys interests and values.
  
• Data Analysis: Utilize datadriven insights to track sales performance monitor market dynamics and identify areas for strategic adjustment and improvement.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering product development and marketing to align sales efforts with company objectives and drive innovation.
  
  

Requirements

• A background in engineering preferably with a focus on energy systems or renewable energy technologies.
  
• Extensive experience in business development and sales within the energy sector with a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisionmaking and optimize sales performance.
  
• Fluency in Romanian and English both written and spoken.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the energy sector with a focus on Romania or similar markets.
