Overview:

The role of a Business Development Executive is crucial in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and contributing to the companys bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and delivering excellent service
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential new markets
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close business deals following company guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking activities to build a strong professional network
  • Monitor and report on sales and business performance metrics
  • Stay updated with industry trends best practices and technological advancements

Required Qualifications:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in Business Development
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good understanding of market research techniques and analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Selfmotivated resultoriented and team player
