Overview:
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization by bridging the gap between business needs and IT resources. They analyze business processes identify improvement areas and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals efficiently. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements conducting data analysis and facilitating the implementation of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Assist in the development of business cases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions
- Support project management activities
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Participate in testing and quality assurance
- Provide training and support for endusers
- Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes
- Assist in the evaluation of technology solutions
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans
- Monitor and report on project progress
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of project management principles
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with process modeling and documentation
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence tools
