Business Analyst

• Develop knowledge of domain, product, process and technology that are required to build knowledge of the competitive landscape.

• Collates, design and deliver technical/commercial/business presentation on products & services using attractive visual aids.

• Works with customer to gather and document requirements, guiding the customer to develop requirements across multiple domain areas. Creates designs that meets the customer requirements, fits within the BSS infrastructure and is designed to make the best use of company product offerings.

• Ensures technical viability of solutions as defined in the Statement of Work and subsequent change requests, identifying, resolving and mitigating technical issues and risks.

• Grooming sessions with internal teams and making sure the requirements are clear to engineering/delivery teams and delivered as per expectation.

• Manages technical customer interactions from kick off through UAT.

• Coordinates with development and test teams to keep the deliverables on target and on time.

• Provides feedback to the solution engineering team for improvements, market trends and product issues. Pursues knowledge of upcoming product features as they are made known or released.

• Preparation and Maintenance of various Collaterals as per development lifecycle needs
