Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst in Amman, Jordan.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1 - 5 Years of experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in business analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of business processes
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in software development or IT project management would be beneficial
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and consultative skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of business structure
- Stakeholder analysis
- Processes modeling
- Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
- Business Process Design
- Requirement gathering and Gap analysis
- Manage various business documents including: Software Requirement Specification, Business Requirement Specification, Use Case report … etc.
- Strong Knowledge in advanced business modeling (Flowcharts, BPMN, UML…. etc.)
- Strong Knowledge in advanced layout tools like Adobe Xd,Figma
