As a Business Analyst Exchange Service Management you will:
  • Lead endtoend management of Exchange Services including Exchange Online ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI reporting.
  • Address 24x7 critical situations for any Exchange (Onprem/Online) issues maintaining service health and availability.
  • Provide service health level operational level performance level and scalability level guidance and reviews.
  • Serve as a technical advisor in the messaging area assisting with technology level planning related to messaging.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft Premier support on services hotfixes patches etc.
  • Manage new features and releases conducting impact analysis testing and issuing user advisories for new feature rollouts.
  • Develop automation scripts perform testing and deployment and report on KPIs.
  • Manage recipients mailboxes shared mailboxes mailbox access size mail archival and features through the M365 admin portal.
  • Undertake Exchange Online Migration projects from Onpremises (Exchange 2010/2013/2016) using Hybrid Configuration Wizard or 3rd Party tools.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 24 years of experience in Exchange Service Management including handson experience with Exchange Online SLA and KPI reporting.
  • Proficiency in managing exchange policies service health issues and critical situations 24x7.
  • Deep understanding of email gateways centralized/decentralized mail transport EOP and MRS Proxy.
  • Experience with Azure AD Connect Windows AD GPO Mail Transport DLP EOP eDiscovery Conditional access ATP.
  • Skill in developing PowerShell scripts for task automation and managing SSL Certificate DAG SMTP relay agent and Patch Management.
  • Dutch communication at C1/C2 level.

You should possess the ability to:
  • Work effectively under pressure to manage critical situations and ensure uninterrupted exchange service.
  • Develop and implement exchange policies conduct security and risk assessments and maintain governance standards.

Proficiency in managing exchange policies, service health issues, and critical situations 24x7. Deep understanding of email gateways, centralized/decentralized mail transport, EOP, and MRS Proxy. Experience with Azure AD Connect, Windows AD GPO, Mail Transport, DLP, EOP, eDiscovery, Conditional access, ATP. Skill in developing PowerShell scripts for task automation and managing SSL Certificate, DAG, SMTP relay agent, and Patch Management. Dutch communication at C1/C2 level. You should possess the ability to: Work effectively under pressure to manage critical situations and ensure uninterrupted exchange service. Develop and implement exchange policies, conduct security and risk assessments, and maintain governance standards.
