Overview:
The BUILD Summer Internship provides students with an immersive and handson experience within our organization. As an intern you will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects gain valuable skills and make meaningful connections. This internship is a vital part of our talent development strategy as it allows us to identify and nurture future talent within our industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams with research analysis and documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Participate in meetings and contribute innovative ideas
- Conduct market research and present findings to the team
- Assist in the creation of presentations and reports
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals
- Contribute to process improvements and offer suggestions for efficiency
- Participate in training and developmental sessions
- Assist in administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide support in organizing and coordinating events
- Assist with social media and digital marketing initiatives
- Participate in client meetings and observe client interactions
- Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
- Adhere to the organizations policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing Business etc.)
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive in seeking opportunities
- Previous internship or work experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership experience within campus or community organizations
- Passion for learning and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to take on new challenges and tasks as needed
- Authorization to work in the specified location for the duration of the internship
