In this role you will:
- Have the opportunity to grow and flourish in an exciting and dynamic industry

- Assist our educated and experienced client base with their investment needs via calls emails and live chat
- Work with a dynamic team across multiple countries

Requirements

More specifically we are looking for;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills covering verbal listening and written capabilities
- Someone driven by a passion to speak to customers and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their financial goals
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a fastpaced and supportive team environment
- Someone with a great attitude who wants to start their career in financial services
- A degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Management or relevant professional qualifications preferred
- Previous experience in either a call center or financial services environment will be highly regarded.
