Job Description

1)Develop and deploy building and branch designs that are functional and purposecentric
2) Deploy business branches cost and energy efficiently
3) Ensure that deployments are executed within the allotted resources (budget and time)
4) Develop and deploy costsaving initiatives for branch deployment and renovation projects
5) Design interior ambience furniture and decoration requirements for each channel type
6) Supervise branch development project execution and carry out quality checks.
Requirements
This role requires that the job holder must:
Possess passion for design and aesthetics
Possess organisation communication and problemsolving skills
Have stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Have excellent time management (ability to efficiently multitask)
Be flexible and adaptable Be thorough and sensitive to details
Be able to function in and coordinate a project team
Be open to learning and constant improvement
