Job Summary:
The bookkeeping Manager that manages client accounts plays a critical role in ensuring that the financial
operations for clients are well-managed, compliant, and efficient. He/ She must have strong leadership
skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Additionally, He/ She must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and
maintain strong relationships with clients.
What Will You Do:
- Managing client relationships: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for managing
- relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and ensuring that bookkeeping
- services are aligned with their requirements.
- Managing the bookkeeping team: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for managing a
- team of bookkeepers and ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and supported in
- their roles.
- Overseeing financial reporting: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the
- preparation and distribution of financial reports for clients, such as balance sheets, income
- statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensuring compliance: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring that the financial
- records for clients are compliant with relevant regulations and standards, such as GAAP or IFRS.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for
- managing the accounts payable and receivable functions for clients, including invoicing,
- collections, and payment processing.
- Maintaining accurate records: The Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring that all
- financial records for clients are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures: The Bookkeeping Manager is
- responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure that the
- bookkeeping services for clients are efficient and effective.
Who you are:
- Bachelor in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification
- 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial operations management in an outsourced accounting services environment (BPO)
- Proficiency of GAAP or IFRS and/or compliance requirements relating to tax, payroll and
- accounting
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
