BIM Architect

QUALIFICATION:

1. Must have a Professional degree (Master or Bachelor) in Architecture from an accredited program.

2. Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) is a must. Additional software skills such as AutoCAD, Dynamo, Sketchup, and Photoshop are preferred.

3. Revit Expert level with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit and Navis work.

4. Sound knowledge of local authority / international codes.

5. Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes

6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

ROLE:

The BIM Architect will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create and manage digital representations of architectural designs (CD to IFC). They will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to develop detailed 3D models that support the design and construction process.
