Job Description

- Prepare weekly/ monthly invoicing reports of customers and ensure accuracy.Billing spreadsheets identify month to month variances
- Interpret and clearly understand sales orders and contracts.
- Prepare and send out invoices weekly/ monthly.
- Document detailed billing notes in customer records.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues.
- Respond timely to incoming emails and requests
- Follow up on pending and/ or late billing issues.
- Assist Accounting Department in Miscellaneous projects as needed.
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Liasoning with the Sales team for any billing related queries.
- Escalating irregular cases to the supervisor and seeking help in closing them.
- Stay uptodate with new products/features/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements

- Knowledge of various collection techniques
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Proficiency in Google Ads Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Creative with a strategic mindset Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist. Experience in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts. Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is preferred. Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) Excellent communication skills Analytical thinking with strong math skills. BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus.
