Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging.
• Write clean efficient and testable code.
• Design and implement scalable reliable and maintainable backend solutions using Java technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into system functionalities.
• Optimize and refactor existing code for improved performance.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools.
• Work in an agile environment and participate in sprint planning standups and retrospective meetings.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to guide the team on best practices and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Java backend developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java development and its ecosystem.
• Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate ORM.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL queries.
• Handson experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and its implementation.
• Good understanding of design patterns and the ModelViewController (MVC) paradigm.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver highquality code within deadlines.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean and efficient code.
• Certifications in Java and related technologies will be a plus.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of software development best practices and principles.
