Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Azure AD architecture including Azure AD Connect B2B B2C and hybrid solutions.
- Develop and maintain identity management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Configure and manage Single SignOn (SSO) solutions for cloud and onpremises applications.
- Implement MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced user identity verification.
- Design and enforce RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) models for granular access controls.
- Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for privileged access control.
- Create and enforce conditional access policies based on user device location and risk.
- Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Monitor and audit Azure AD logs for suspicious activities and collaborate on compliance audits.
- Integrate Azure AD with identity services like Azure Key Vault and Information Protection.
- Document IAM processes procedures and best practices for internal reference.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Azure AD IAM concepts and usage.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: AZ500/MS500 SC100 SC300 etc.
- Handson experience with Azure AD Azure AD Connect B2B B2C and related services.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with directory synchronization identity federation and hybrid identity.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) with good English proficiency in reading writing and speaking.
