Overview:

The Australian Voice Process role is crucial to our organization as it involves handling customer inquiries and concerns through voice interactions in Australian English. As a part of the customer service team this role is essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Australian English
  • Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer issues
  • Accurately record and document customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Meet and exceed defined performance goals
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Australian English
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
