  • Reception, greeting and saying goodbye to guests
  • Acceptance and transport of guests' luggage etc. upon arrival and departure as well as during their stay
  • Rooming of arriving guests
  • Courtesy calls after guests arrive
  • Contact person for guest questions
  • Valet Parking/Car Service
  • Distribution of VIP treatments
  • Errands
  • Responsible for order and cleanliness in the lobby and in front of the hotel
  • Concierge activities and make recommendations

  • If necessary, experience as a doorman and good local knowledge
  • Very strong communication skills and personable charisma
  • High level of teamwork and personal commitment
