Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager
Overview:
Seeking an enthusiastic driven individual to join a reputable company specializing in residential construction. THis person will be working with the PreConstruction team.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the PreConstruction Director Estimators and Subcontractors during the early concept and design phases of projects.
- Handoff to the Construction Team.
- Plan execute and finalize projects according to the schedule and budget.
- Assist with the planning organization and management of daytoday operations.
- Complete assigned tasks given directly by Director or Project Managers.
Requirements:
- At least One (1) year experience in a construction project management role.
- Document control knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Eager to learn.
- Take initiative.
- Team player.
- Excellent work ethic.
