Assistant Production & Planning Manager - Fashion Retail

Job Description

Role Objective:

• Product planning and execution throughout the fashion product life-cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Setup & execute supply chain plan to keep Company brands & products under control smoothly between minimum stock & customers demand
• Growing the product category highlighting opportunities to support Al Nasser strategy.
• Managing the product life-cycle to deliver Al Nasser KPI's.
• Range planning on an annual and seasonal basis incorporating range architecture, product mix, product segmentation and margin to meet Al Nasser objectives.
• Drive fabric strategies by developing product to meet fabric expectations and providing recommendations on fabrics to platform, position, and leverage.
• Analyzing Sales, stock, purchasing Reports to achieve company targets.
• Follow Up with Suppliers the agreed deliveries planned / scheduled.
• Handling Analysis & Risks Reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion Merchandising or related field of study.
• 7+ years of related experience in fashion retailer would be preferred.
• Experience working within an ISO quality plan is an asset.
• Good Vision, analyzing, Planning, Communication, Coaching & managerial Skills
• Excellent Negotiation Skills.
