Requirements

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice processing vendor payments and customer collections for India and US entity.
  
• Perform monthly revenue related validation procedures and analysis including monthly revenue close process (e. g. reconcile revenue deferred revenue etc.)
  
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  
• Monthly Sales commission calculations and maintaining Channel Partner/Third party Cost vs Revenue Tracker
  
• Ownership of Payroll process endtoend ensuring monthly/bimonthly payroll is processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  
• Timely ensure compliance with TDS and GST payments return filings and reconciliation
  
• Manage and Process Employee reimbursements in adherence to the T&E Policy.
  
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and answering audit queries.
  
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• CA Inter with at least 4 years of experience.
  
• Experience with a US based company is an added benefit.
  
• Candidate should have deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards accounting principles and application thereof in practical situations.
  
• SaaS industry experience is an added advantage.
  
• Must have hands on MS excel PPT.
  
• Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
